Do you offer a warranty on your cookware?

Yes, all 'Kiss the Cook' signature cookware sets come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your kitchen is always ready for a feast.

What is your return policy for kitchen gadgets?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cutlery and food-contact items cannot be returned.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

While many of our stainless steel and silicone products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our professional-grade knives and cast iron pieces to maintain their longevity.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and can no longer be changed.
